You add additional members to your pricenxt workspace in the Settings area.

Yes. Every additional seat is charged separately at list price. An admin can purchase any number of additional seats and assign them within the same workspace. During the 30-day trial, no paid seats can be added. Free members can be invited during that time.

As soon as at least two members are part of your organisation, you can share boards, saved analyses, and annotations.

You share complete boards, saved analyses and annotations in charts with other members in your organisation.

Yes. Shared analyses and boards can also include annotations in charts. This keeps the context visible.
